Pipeline heater refers to the electrical appliances that use electric energy to achieve heating effect. It has the advantages of small volume, high heating power, wide use, intelligent control mode, high temperature control precision, and can be connected with computer. Wide application range, long life and high reliability. The core of heater principle is energy conversion, which is widely used to convert electric energy into heat energy.

Daily maintenance:

1. After the heater has been running for a period of time (according to the user's use), the ignition plug should be unscrewed to clean up the carbon deposit. If the ignition plug wire is burnt out, the ignition plug should be removed and replaced with a new one.

2. If there is too much carbon deposition, which leads to the decrease of thermal efficiency, the carbon deposition in the inner wall of water jacket and combustion chamber should be cleaned.

3. If it is found that the intake pipe, exhaust pipe and drip pipe of the heater host are blocked by soil, please clean and dredge it in time. Please keep the heater cabin clean and no combustible materials are allowed around.

4. Ensure that the oil tank, oil pipe and oil filter solenoid valve are clean to prevent dirt from blocking the oil circuit.

5. Antifreeze solution suitable for ambient temperature should be used as circulating heating medium in heater circulation system.

6. The water pump of the heater shall be inspected regularly according to the user's use. If the water seal parts that play a sealing role leak or the water pump is difficult to start and operate, it shall be repaired in time.

7. The automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic rice and other electrical components on the heater host are maintained according to the general low-voltage electrical maintenance method. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and users are not allowed to change them.

8. Ensure that the thermal control is in good condition in general, and check it regularly. If the microswitch fails or is damaged, please replace it in time.

9. Under normal conditions, the main motor of heater is used for 5000 hours without maintenance. If it works abnormally due to long service time or other reasons, it should be overhauled, and the wear of carbon brush or bearing lubrication should be checked. If necessary, add grease or replace carbon brush.

10. During the period when the heater is not used in warm season, please start it regularly for 4-5 times, each time for about 5 minutes, so as to ensure that the heater works normally in the next use.
