Many friends often consult explosion-proof air heater. We all know that in the process of using air heater, when the heating air is flammable and explosive gas, or used in explosion-proof occasions, such as dangerous gas or steam environment, the heater needs to be made explosion-proof.
The main explosion-proof parts of explosion-proof air heater are as follows:
(1) Explosion proof terminal box: one end of the heating tank is provided with a terminal box with explosion-proof grade of Exd II BT4; all the terminals of electric heating pipes are arranged at the terminal box, and the wiring terminals of heating pipes are led out through copper bars, and the plexiglass protective board is added at the copper bars; all the signal wires of temperature sensors of the heating tank are connected to the signal terminals in the terminal box;
(2) explosion proof temperature sensor is set at the outlet of the heater: a measuring point is set at the outlet of the heater. It adopts armored platinum resistance with graduation number of Pt100 and explosion-proof grade of Exd II BT4. For each group of electric heaters, the operation and shutdown of each group of heating elements are controlled by PLC according to the outlet temperature to control the on-off of solid-state relay in order, and whether each group of heating elements starts and stops. When it is detected that the outlet temperature of the air heater is lower than the control temperature, multiple groups of heating elements start in turn, heating load rises and outlet temperature rises; When the outlet temperature of the air heater exceeds the control temperature, the heating elements of the air gas heater stop heating in turn, the heating load decreases and the outlet temperature drops; by improving the number of heating elements, the outlet temperature of the electric air heater can meet the process requirements.
