How to operate the heat conducting oil furnace

Heat transfer oil furnace also known as organic heat carrier furnace, commonly known as heat transfer oil boiler, official name is hot oil furnace. It is a new type of heat energy equipment which takes coal, oil and gas as fuel and heat transfer oil as circulating medium. The new heat transfer equipment of heat conduction oil furnace is used as heat transfer oil (also known as hot coal and heat carrier). The capacity of the furnace is usually expressed in terms of "MW" (megawatt), and the old units also use "10000 kW" or "10000 kcal / time", i.e. "104 kcal / h", indicating that the advantage of the heat conducting oil furnace is "high temperature and low pressure", and its operation is stable and widely used.

The electric heater directly heated by the heat conducting oil heater is directly inserted into the organic carrier (heat-conducting oil), and the high-temperature oil pump of the liquid circulating heating equipment is transported by the high-temperature oil pump, and then the heating equipment is returned to the electric heating oil furnace to form a complete circulating heating system. The electric heating heat transfer oil furnace adopts digital display temperature controller to control the temperature, and has the functions of over temperature alarm, low oil level alarm and overpressure alarm.

Although the working pressure of heat conduction oil furnace is low, the temperature of heat conduction fluid in furnace is high, and most of them are flammable and explosive. Once leakage occurs in the process of operation, it will cause fire, explosion and other accidents, and even cause casualties and property losses. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the safe operation and management of organic heat carrier furnace.

Due to the advantages of high temperature (above 320C) and low pressure (0.3-0.5mpa), the heating temperature can be accurately controlled, which can replace the original steam boiler heating. At the same time, the equipment does not need water treatment equipment, and there is no heat loss such as steam boiler operation, operation, drop and leakage, so it is a kind of energy-saving heating equipment with low one-time investment and low operation cost.
